PE Targets in the Retail and Luxury Goods Industries
By looking at a list of ttm acquisitions in the Retail and Luxury Goods Industries, I am still surprised that no big names have still been targeted by buyout firms, especially big fashion houses in Europe. Although transactions like the ones involving Cerutti 1881 Milano SpA, Dufry AG, Histoire d’Or, Garrard & Co. MQ Sweden AB, Jil Sander AG and most notably Valentino have gone through, with increasing (and booming in some areas of the world) purchasng power and globalization of the supply chain and merchandising, I’d say many more are to come.

I noticed this on page 21 in the search engines and this is considered to be a shame. I’m not any specialist however what you are writing in this post sounds true. More people really should have knowledge of it.
