Lunera Lighting Inc., a maker of next-generation LED lighting, has added $14.3 million in equity and debt financing, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The round is planned to top out at about $23.3 million, according to the filing. The company’s board includes Gary Dillabough, a managing partner of The Westly Group; Steve Westly, the co-founder of The Westly Group; and HC Bailly, president of RCG Ventures. Lunera Lighting, based in Silicon Valley, is backed by investors including Navitas Capital.
