Jacobson Jumps to Ares Management
Blair Jacobson has joined the private debt group of Ares Management.
Jacobson joined Ares in June, officials say. He is based in London, where he is co-head of Ares’ private debt group’s deal origination efforts in the U.K., according to the firm’s web site.
Most recently, Jacobson was a partner with the StepStone Group where he started and ran the firm’s European operations.
Officials for StepStone confirmed that Jacobson has left the firm.
