NICE Systems Acquires Redkite Financial Markets
NICE Systems is to acquire DFJ Esprit-backed Redkite Financial Markets. The business is a provider of real-time, cloud-based institutional trade surveillance solutions.

NICE Systems announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Redkite Financial Markets, a provider of real-time, cloud-based institutional trade surveillance solutions. The company expects the acquisition to be immaterial to its Q4 and full-year 2012 non-GAAP revenue and non-GAAP fully diluted earnings per share.
