First Round Capital Is Raising A $135M Fourth Fund

First Round Capital is raising a $135 million fourth fund, according to a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

So far it appears the fund hasn’t had a first close.

The SEC filing lists partners Josh Kopelman, Chris Fralic, Robert Hayes and Howard Morgan participating in First Round Capital IV. The West Conshohocken, Penn., firm’s previous fund was its $126.4 million 2010 First Round Capital III.

The seed-stage investor’s portfolio includes startups such as Bazaarvoice, ExactTarget TaskRabbit, Path and BillFloat. Its typical initial investment is $500,000.

peHUB had reported earlier on the firm’s plans.
