J.P. Morgan Fund to Buy 7% Stake in Conduit for $100 Mln

An investment fund advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management has agreed to buy an approximate 7% stake in Conduit. The fund paid $100 million for the 7% stake, valuing Conduit at $1.3 billion. Conduit founders, Ronen Shilo, Dror Erez and Gaby Bilzyk , retain a controlling stake. The J.P. Morgan fund is reportedly buying the stake from Yozma Venture Capital.

Morgan Asset Management has agreed to take an approximate 7% stake in the company. Conduit can confirm that the purchase is expected to represent an approximate $100 million stake at a $1.3 billion valuation. Founders Ronen Shilo, Dror Erez and Gaby Bilzyk maintain a controlling stake in the company.
