Lower middle market investor ICV Partners has promoted Zeena Rao to managing director. Rao joined ICV in 2001 as the fourth investment professional. She was named a vice president in 2010.

Ms. Rao joined ICV in 2001 as the fourth investment professional. She was named a Vice President in 2010. Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Rao was in the investment banking division at Lehman Brothers in New York where she was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. She received her MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BS degree magna cum laude in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as a director of ICV portfolio companies The PFM Group, Marshall Retail Group and Cargo Airport Services, LLC.
