The initial closing of $12.5 million was led by well known German investor Klaus Hommels and his Zurich-based venture fund, Lakestar; also participating are prior Taulia investors, including Matrix Partners, Trinity Ventures, TELUS Ventures and DAG Ventures. To meet excess market demand, a secondary closing of $5.5 million is underway.
