Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) has agreed to acquire Actix, a mobile optimization software provider backed by Summit Partners, for approximately $120 million in cash.

Actix To Be Acquired by Amdocs
LONDON, UK—September 5, 2013—Summit Partners, a global growth equity investor, today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle with Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems and services, to sell Actix Ltd., the largest independent software provider in mobile optimization, for approximately $120 million in cash, subject to customary closing conditions.
