According to TechCrunch, Google has acquired FlexyCore. No financial terms were disclosed, although the French site L’Expansion reports the value of the transaction to be $23 million; however, that amount has not been confirmed. Based in France, FlexyCore is a provider of software solutions for smartphones. It was backed by Paris-based VC fund Sochrastem.
