Andreessen Horowitz leads Series B round for Oculus VR – TechCrunch

According to TechCrunch, Oculus VR has closed $75 million in Series B funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round with participation from Spark Capital, Matrix Partners and Formation 8. The site also reported that Andreesen Horowitz’s Marc Andreessen and Chris Dixon will join the company’s board of directors. Based in Irvine, Calif., Oculus VR is a maker of Oculus Rift, a virtual reality headset.
