NXT Capital backs Westview Capital Partners’ acquisition of Apex Print Technologies

NXT Capital said Friday that it has provided a credit facility to back Westview Capital Partners‘ buy of Apex Print Technologies. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Apex Print Technologies is a provider of revenue cycle management solutions.

Chicago, Illinois, December 13, 2013 – NXT Capital today announced that it has provided a senior secured credit facility to fund Westview Capital Partners’ acquisition of Apex Print Technologies, LLC.
