Denver-based cloud provider Peak (formerly known as PeakColo) has closed $4 million in financing. The investors were existing backers Meritage Funds and Sweetwater Capital. According to Peak, the funding will be used to “support key partnerships.”

The funding will help support key partnerships including a recently announced agreement with Telx, provider of global interconnectivity and datacenter solutions.
