PRESS RELEASE

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–StrongView, a leading provider of email marketing and cross-channel marketing solutions for enterprises, today announced that highly regarded former Forrester Research analyst Rob Brosnan has joined the company in the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Strategy reporting directly to CEO Bill Wagner.
Prior to joining StrongView, Rob served as Principal Analyst for Customer Intelligence Professionals at Forrester Research Inc. With that background, he brings to StrongView a deep understanding of how businesses can use marketing technologies to build highly engaged customer relationships and create competitive differentiation in today’s multi-channel, highly connected marketing environment. In his role as SVP of Strategy, Rob will leverage the considerable knowledge and perspective he gained at Forrester to help shape corporate, product and market strategies.
“Empowered and constantly connected consumers demand a new level of obsession from all brands,” said Brosnan. “Every interaction, regardless of touchpoint or timing, demands a contextually relevant and meaningful response. Firms that fail to link consumers to meaningful experiences — be they programs, promotions or simply compelling content — will fail to build profitable relationships.”
Brosnan continues, “That’s why I’m so excited to join StrongView. The company’s technology and vision uniquely position it to power marketers’ most demanding interaction strategies. While other providers patch together fixes through acquisitions, StrongView has built a modern platform from the ground up that enables marketers to understand and to engage customers easily in the present tense. Further, StrongView’s heritage of extreme scalability makes it possible for brands to increase customer engagement affordably even as touchpoints and communication needs grow exponentially.”
“Rob is not only a marketing visionary, he also has the technical chops to understand what it takes to turn vision into reality,” said Bill Wagner CEO, StrongView. “Rob will be instrumental in helping StrongView and its clients make a widespread transition to interaction-based, post-campaign marketing – what we call Present Tense Marketing.”
