EN Engineering, a portfolio company of CIVC Partners, has acquired Russell Corrosion Consultants. No financial terms were disclosed. Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, RCC is a corrosion control engineering and consulting firm.

ENE is unique in its ability to provide a full suite of distribution, transmission, automation, and integrity management services, which facilitates deep customer relationships and significant cross-selling opportunities. RCC, headquartered in Columbia, MD, is the leading corrosion control engineering and consulting firm in the United States, focused on providing corrosion evaluations, corrosion control and cathodic protection design services, structural assessments, and data systems management, among other services. RCC provides its services throughout the United States to the water & wastewater, oil & gas, transit, solar & wind, and government sectors. As part of the transaction, Rick Grant, RCC’s current Principal, along with the rest of the management team will remain in place and continue to manage current customer relationships as well as drive growth with new customers. Additionally, Rick Grant will become a shareholder of ENE as a result of this acquisition.
