VEEV +1.60% , a leading provider of industry cloud solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. A portion of the shares to be sold in the offering will be sold by Veeva Systems, and a portion of the shares will be sold by existing stockholders of the company. Veeva Systems will not receive any proceeds from the shares sold by existing stockholders. The number of shares to be sold and the allocation of the shares between Veeva Systems and existing stockholders have not yet been determined.
