HKW-backed Corporate Visions buys Launch International

Corporate Visions, a portfolio company of HKW, has acquired Launch International. No financial terms were disclosed. Launch International is a communications firm that specializes in marketing and sales enablement content.

Indianapolis, IN. – July 1, 2014 – Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (“HKW”) announced today that one of its portfolio companies, Corporate Visions, Inc., the leading marketing and sales messaging, tools and training company, has acquired Launch International, Inc., a unique communications company specializing in marketing and sales enablement content. This deal further expands Corporate Visions’ customer conversation system and makes it the industry’s largest provider of consulting and training services for helping companies deliver selling conversations that create more opportunities and win more profitable business.

The Launch International acquisition is Corporate Visions’ fourth in a span of less than two years. Previously, the company acquired Executive Conversation, the leader in business and financial acumen sales skills training; BayGroup International, the leading negotiations sales skills training company; and WhiteboardSelling, a pioneer in visual storytelling for improving sales conversations and presentations.
