| About Me | Dan is currently an MBA student at Wharton Business School. Dan worked at Viola Private Equity, Israel's largest technological growth equity fund. As part of the fund's deal team he was responsible for building valuation models; evaluating target acquisitions, product lines, and management teams; and analyzing growth opportunities, competition, and internal structure for portfolio companies. He participated in senior management meetings and worked with the fund's portfolio companies on M&A opportunities, exit scenarios, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Viola, Dan worked as an analyst at leading Israeli investment houses, including Poalim Ventures Partners (Bank Hapoalim TASE:POLI) and Elron (NASDAQ:ELRN). |
