Prepare and review all financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting; maintain and review all financial records, budgets and forecasts for the Funds, other affiliated alternative investment vehicles and management companies; prepare internal reporting packages for executive management and limited partners of the Funds; manage day to day operations of the management companies and investment advisor entities, which also includes all information technology and human resources; review due diligence models for potential merger and acquisition projects and valuation models for current portfolio companies held by various investment vehicles; review financial information from underlying portfolio companies; create, review and implement internal controls, valuation, human resources and other accounting policies and procedures for the Funds and management companies; with the Chief Compliance Officer, complete all filing and documentation requirements with the SEC as a registered investment advisor; assist in the preparation and review for the all tax returns for the Funds and management companies; maintain all banking relationships; supervise, train and review work of staff accountants and work on special projects; supervise back office staff.
