Jen Dowd, a Vice President at BackBay Communications, manages BackBay's New York office, serving existing clients and working on new business development. Jen implements strategic marketing programs and media relations for several of BackBay's private equity and M&A focused clients including Consensus Advisors, Corporate Resolutions, GF Data Resources, Grant Thornton, Pamlico Capital, Ridgemont Equity Partners, TA Associates, TD Bank and Waud Capital Partners. Jen joined BackBay from Compton Consulting, a Boston-based financial communications firm specializing in the asset management industry. Prior to that, Jen served as an Editorial Assistant for Euromoney magazine in London. Jen holds an M.A. in Ancient History from University College London, and a B.A. in Classics and English from the College of Charleston.
