- Solicit sales of new Thompson Reuters offerings in publications and software programs from high-level executives of major private equity and hedge fund firms
- Liaise between clients, marketing and sales teams to identify areas of improvement to be made to end-user products resulting in increased sales, efficiency and enhanced client relationships
- Organize and facilitate symposium events between the private equity group, sales team and potential clients to present learning sessions on market conditions, strategies, and Thompson Reuters product offerings
- Administrate and maintain client databases including updates to contract forms, address records, service discontinuance orders, and other client pedigree information
- Responsible for training new employees in supporting sixteen (16) private equity publications and the management and administration of several Thompson Reuters owned databases
