Golub Capital Supports ABRY Partners’ Acquisition of SourceMedical

The middle market financing firm Golub Capital has provided a $25 million second lien term loan to support the acquisition of SourceMedical Solutions by the private equity firm ABRY Partners. SourceMedical provides outpatient information and revenue cycle management services for ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, and rehabilitation clinics nationwide.

ABRY Partners Backs NSM Insurance Group

ABRY Partners has put an undisclosed amount of financing into NSM Insurance Group. Terms of the deal were not released. NSM Insurance provides development, implementation and underwriting of niche insurance programs.

KRG Capital Partners Exits Avizent

Denver-based private equity firm KRG Capital Partners has completed its sale of Avizent to York Risk Services Organization Inc. The deal closed on December 15, and is KRG’s third exit from its third fund. York Risk Services Organization is a portfolio company of ABRY Partners. Terms of the all-cash deal were not released.

Boston-based private equity firm ABRY Partners is expected to exit Triple Point Technology after five years, sources say.

Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe is buying Triple Point, persons say. The $500 million sale is expected to close this week, one source says.

Westport, Conn.-based Triple Point provides software to manage commodities and enterprise risk. The company employs more than 600 people in 12 offices and support centers around the world, according to the Triple Point web site

Boston-based investment firms ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners have acquired The Telx Group Inc. Telx, based in New York, is a provider of global interconnection and colocation services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Evercore Partners served as financial advisor to Telx on the transaction and Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor.
