Angeleno Group has made an investment in ParkMe. Financial terms were not announced. Existing investors, Fontinalis Partners and IDG Ventures, also participated. Santa Monica, Calif.-based ParkMe provides parking information to navigation companies and smartphones.

Palo Alto, Calif.-based recycling company eCullet Inc. has sealed commitments for up to $38 million in new funding. DB Masdar Clean Tech Fund L.P. led the round, with additional backing from Angeleno Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. eCullet is a technology-based glass processing company. The money will help the company with expansion plans.
