Montage Talent, a provider of video interviewing solutions, has received a $4 million investment. The round was led by existing investors Baird Venture Partners, GCI and Calumet Venture Fund, and included participation from new investors The State of Wisconsin Investment Board and Foley Ventures.

Baird Venture Partners and aeris CAPITAL co-led a Series A round for molecular diagnostic company GenomeDx Biosciences Inc. CD Ventures and individual investors also participated in the financing round. The size of the round was not disclosed. GenomeDx develops molecular diagnostic tests and clinical support tools for cancer medicine.

Business services company High Street Partners has closed on $6.3 million in Series C financing led by Baird Venture Partners. Investors Sigma Partners and Gold Hill Capital also participated in the round. The money will help High Street Partners to continue to build out its software-as-a-service. Advertising technology start-up EDO Interactive has closed on an undisclosed amount of Series B financing co-led by Baird Venture Partners and VantagePoint Capital Partners. The money will help EDO expand its sales, technology and analytics staff. As part of the round, BVP partner Benedict Rocchio and VantagePoint managing director Tom Bevilacqua will join the company’s board. William Blair & Co. assisted EDO with the fundraising. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
