Founded in 2012, Dynamic Yield is a developer of yield optimization products for websites.

Bessemer Venture Partners promoted Aviad Ariel and Sunil Nagaraj each to vice president. Ariel and Nagaraj will seek opportunities in a mix of sectors, geographies and stages. Ariel, based in Herzliya, Israel, joined the firm in 2011 and has focused primarily on Internet, wireless and semiconductors. Nagaraj, who works out of Menlo Park, Calif., also joined the firm in 2011. He focuses on mobile, developer tools and security investments.

Judge Allows Case Against Bessemer Venture Partners to Proceed

On Friday, a New York federal judge refused to dismiss a variety of claims against entities and individuals associated with venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners, claims that the firm breached a stockholders’ agreement in connection with post-acquisition activity involving Intego, a company that produces anti-virus software for Apple products. The suit was filed by Transeo, a minority shareholder in Intego’s holding company.

Endgame, a provider of battle-tested cyber security solutions, has closed a $23 million Series B equity financing. Led by new investor Paladin Capital Group, the Series B includes participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byers and TechOperators.

Infinio Inks $10m from Highland Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners

Infinio (formerly known as SilverLining Systems) has closed a $10 million Series A investment from Highland Capital Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing total funding to date to $12 million. The firms join earlier investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Cambridge’s Founder Collective, the NYC Seed Fund, and a group of angel investors. As part of the financing, Highland’s Sean Dalton and Bessemer’s Felda Hardymon have joined the company’s board of directors.

Ravello Systems Closes Second Round

Cloud service provider Ravello Systems has closed its second round of funding bringing the total amount raised to $26 million. Ravello is now backed by Sequoia Capital, Norwest Venture Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners.

NEA Backs 42Floors

42Floors announced in a blog post this morning that it has raised a $12.3 million Series B round of funding that was led by New Enterprise Associates and includes Bessemer Venture Partners and Thrive Capital, two of the company’s Series A investors, and new investor Columbus Nova Technology Partners.

Apperian Gets Intel Capital Backing

Enterprise mobile application management business Apperian has received a strategic investment from Intel Capital, Intel’s global investment and M&A organization. The additional capital will build on previous investments Bessemer Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and North Bridge Venture Partners and brings Apperian’s total funding to date to $28 million.
