Reuters – NAMA Sells Portfolio to Starwood Consortium

Ireland’s Nama is to sell Irish loan portfolio with par value of 800 million euros ($1.05 billion) to a consortium led by Starwood Capital Group, writes Reuters. The consortium, which also includes Key Capital Real Estate and Catalyst Capital, will buy 80 pct of the joint venture with NAMA.
