The fund, CRP XV, had an initial target of $300 million and is slightly larger than its $320 million predecessor. Partners put a cap in place at $375 million to maintain a commitment to “small and focused” funds, according to a press release.

Mobile advertising network Millennial Media Inc. has filed with regulators to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital are among the underwriters listed for the offering. The Baltimore-based company raised more than $65 million from venture investors, and wrapped up a $27.5 million round a year ago. Backers include from Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, Charles River Ventures and New Enterprise Associates.

Massive Health has launched “The Eatery,” a nutrition app for the iPhone that id designed to track and analyze a person’s overall eating patterns. The company, launched this year, is backed by seed financing from venture capital firms Andreessen Horowitz, Charles River Ventures, Greylock Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures and Felicis Ventures. Massive Health is based in San Francisco.

Video site Viki has closed on $20 million in Series B financing from investors including SK Planet, BBC Worldwide, Greylock Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Charles River Ventures and Neoteny Labs. The money will go toward product development and expanding the company’s staff. Viki provides online video, including TV series, movies and premium content, translated into over 150 languages by a community of fans.
