Comvest Capital II, the debt fund belonging to the Florida-based investor, is providing a $10 million debt facility to Alana Healthcare LLC, a company that provides comprehensive patient care and clinical consultations. Specifics of the deal were not disclosed. Alana is based in Tennessee.

The Comvest Group, the Florida-based private equity firm, beat its $500 million target for its fourth fund, nabbing $580 million for Comvest Investment Partners IV. The capital commitments in Comvest IV are from a diverse group of institutional investors, including U.S. state and city pension plans, insurance companies, college endowments, European government pension plans, and global private equity funds of funds.

The Comvest Group has provided $20 million in debt financing to lender Merchant Cash and Capital. The funding will allow Merchant to expand its business, creating new programs. Merchant is based in New York.

Comvest Capital II, the debt fund affiliated with the Comvest Group, will provide $15 million in debt and equity financing to Integrated Oncology Network LLC. The company is acquiring a minority interest in Vicura, a radiation oncology center with locations in Southern California.

The Comvest Group, via its Comvest Capital II debt fund, said that is has provided a $20 million in a subordinated term loan to Multi-bank Securities Inc. Multi-bank is an institutional fixed-income securities broker-dealer.
