Cotton Creek Capital has added Clayton Milburn to the investment team as an associate in the Austin office. Previously, Milburn was an associate in the leveraged finance group at ORIX Corporate Capital, a Dallas-based investment arm of ORIX Corporation ($100 billion in global assets).

Magnablend, the Texas-based provider of custom chemical manufacturing and packaging solutions company, completed its deal to be acquired by Univar. Specifics of the transaction were not publicized. In May 2011, investors including TGF Management Corp., Austin Ventures and Cotton Creek Capital acquired Magnablend.

Cotton Creek Capital, a Dallas-based middle market private equity firm, has added Antonio DiGesualdo as a managing director. He joins the firm’s two existing managing directors Smith Brownlie III and James Braden. Previously, DiGesualdo was a partner at buyout shop TGF Management Corp.
