HubSpot Secures $35m Mezz Financing

Marketing software firm HubSpot has secured a $35 million mezzanine financing round from investors including Altimeter Capital, Cross Creek Capital, and previous investors. This fundraising marks $100 million in total financing for HubSpot. The proceeds will be used to fund further growth in the company through hiring, international expansion, and acquisitions.

IntegenX Raises $40 Million

California-based IntegenX Inc., maker of DNA identification technology, raised a $40 million Series C round led by new investor Essex Woodlands. Domain Associates, QuestMark Partners, Greenspring Associates, Cross Creek Capital, RONAholdings LLC, Samsung Ventures, and strategic partner In-Q-Tel also participated in the funding. Joining the company’s Board of Directors are Ronald Eastman of Essex Woodlands and Ben Shapiro of QuestMark Partners, the statement said.

Mavenir Systems, a Richardson, Texas-based maker of telecom equipment, announced that it has raised $40 million in Series E funding led by August Capital.
