American Internet Services has completed a $43,500,000 refinancing of its senior credit facilities with Fortress Credit Corp, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group. AIS is a hosting, cloud, and colocation provider headquartered in San Diego, California. DH Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to AIS.

DH Capital has appointed Sean Charnock as a managing director. Prior to DH Capital, Charnock was co-founder and SVP of business development and alliances at SoftLayer Technologies.

Seaport Capital has made a strategic investment in Net Access Corp. Financial terms were not announced. Net Access provides data center colocation and managed hosting services from three locations in northern New Jersey. DH Capital advised Net Access.

Xand Corporation, a provider of hosting services has been sold to a management team led by David Struwas and backed by ABRY Partners. DH Capital, an investment banking firm serving companies in the Internet infrastructure and communications sectors acted as financial advisor.

DH Capital said it advised iWeb Group in its recent sale of a majority stake to Novacap. In May, iWeb announced that Novacap had bought a majority of the web hosting firm. The transaction reportedly valued iWeb at roughly $47 million. Novacap is a Canadian VC and PE firm.
