Merchantry Raises $7M From Kite, Greycroft, e.ventures

Merchantry said it raised $7 million of Series B growth capital in a deal led by Kite Ventures and joined by Greycroft Partners and e.ventures. The new investment comes on top of the $10 million the company raised in Series A funding in 2011 and 2012 from GIFTLAB.com founder Carmen Busquets, Marvin Traub Associates and others.

Nativo, a Los Angeles, Calif.-based startup whose software strives to make it easier for online publishers to run sponsored content, has raised $3.5 million in Series A funding led by Greycroft Partners. Other investors in the round include e.ventures and existing investor Signia Venture Partners. The company previously raised $1.8 million in seed capital from Signia and other angel investors.

Luxury Resale Site The RealReal Raises $14M

The RealReal, a San Francisco-based luxury resale site, has raised a $14 million Series B round led by InterWest Partners. The round also included existing investors Canaan Partners, e.ventures, Greycroft Partners, Novel TMT Ventures, Panarea Capital and individual investors Suzy Welch and Sukhinder Singh Cassidy.

PlayHaven Raises $8 Million

PlayHaven, a provider of relationship management and monetization solutions for mobile game developers, has closed an $8 million round of financing. The round was led by GGV Capital, Granite Global Venture Capital with participation from existing investors including e.ventures, Tandem Entrepreneurs and individual investors. Hany Nada, a founding partner at GGV Capital, will join PlayHaven’s board of directors.
