Atlantis Computing Raises $20M From Adams Street, Cisco, El Dorado, Partech

Atlantis Computing said it raised $20 million in a Series D round of funding led by Adams Street Partners and joined by existing investors Cisco Systems, El Dorado Ventures and Partech International. The company said it has now raised a total of $35 million in funding.

TST Media, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based company that makes Web and mobile-based software for youth, amateur, and professional sports organizations, has closed a $6 million Series C round of funding led by existing investor El Dorado Ventures. The company — which will also begin conducting business under the new brand Sport Ngin — has raised more than $10 million since its 2008 launch.

Catalog Spree Seals $6.1M for Shopping App

Bridgelux Adds $15M

Bridgelux, a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting products, has added $15 million in financing to help it boost accelerate research and development. The company is backed by VantagePoint Capital Partners, DCM, El Dorado Ventures, Novus Energy Partners, IFA, Chrysalix, Harris & Harris Group, Craton Equity Partners, Jebsen Asset Management and Passport Capital.

Tower Cloud Atrracts Further Funding

Wireless services provider Tower Cloud has secured $49 million in equity funding to fuel expansion and growth of its 4G wireless backhaul networks. The latest round of funding was led by two of Tower Cloud’s existing investors, The Burton Partnership and Knology, Inc. Tower Cloud’s other existing institutional investors include: Sutter Hill Ventures, El Dorado Ventures, Ballast Point Ventures, Kinetic Ventures, ITC Partners Fund and Noro-Moseley Partners. For this round, two new investors joined the strong consortium, The Florida Growth Fund and CLR Investors.

TST Media Seals $3.5M from El Dorado Ventures

TST Media, maker of the NGIN website platform, has closed on $3.5 million in financing led by El Dorado Ventures. The money will help TST Media expand its business partnerships as well as its staff, and continue development.

Craton Leads $60M Round for Bridgelux

Craton Equity Partners led a $60 million Series E round for Bridgelux Inc., a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting technologies. A laundry list of existing and strategic investors also participated in the round, including VantagePoint Capital Partners, DCM, El Dorado Ventures, Novus Energy Partners, Invus Group, VTS, Harris & Harris Group and Passport Capital. The company said the infusion will help it bolster research and development efforts. David Asarnow, a principal at Craton Equity, will join the Bridgelux board as an observer.
