Toronto’s Chango Raises $12 Million in Funding

Chango Inc. said Wednesday it has raised $12 million in funding from existing investors including iNovia Capital, Rho Canada Ventures, Metamorphic Ventures, Mantella Venture Partners and Extreme Venture Partners. Chango is an ad technology company, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.

Canadian investors Extreme Venture Partners, OMERS Ventures, Rho Canada Ventures, BlackBerry Partners Fund and BDC have co-invested $7 million in a new accelerator program called Extreme Startups. Fixmo Closes $6.5M Series B

Fixmo Inc., a provider of secure, end-to-end infrastructure management technology for mobile devices, has raised $6.5 million in Series B financing. Panorama Capital, a new investor in the company, led the round. Existing investors Rho Ventures Canada, iNovia Capital, Extreme Venture Partners also participated. Fixmo is based in Toronto.

Chango Closes on $4.25M Series B

Toronto-based search marketing startup Chango has raised $4.25 million in Series B financing. Rho Canada, a division of NY-based Rho Capital Partners, led the round, which included participation from iNovia Capital, Metamorphic Ventures, Extreme Venture Partners and 24/7 Media co-founder Geoff Judge. As a result of the funding, Rho Canada’s Roger Chabra will join the Chango board.
