ParkMe and Amano McGann Join Forces: CORRECTED

ParkMe, a leading provider of real-time parking information to navigation companies and consumers and Amano McGann, a provider of off-street parking automation in the US, have merged entered into a partnership. Angeleno Group, Fontinalis Partners and IDG Ventures are previous investors of ParkMe.

Masabi Secures Funding, Opens New York Office and Hires VP

Masabi, a mobile ticketing and agile fare collection business, has secured $2.8 million in funding from Detroit-based Fontinalis Partners, London-based MMC Ventures and existing investor m8 Capital. The company has also opened a New York office and has hired Josh Robin as vice president of strategy and business development for North American operations.

Parkmobile Closes $6.3m Financing

Parkmobile, a provider of mobile payment solutions to municipalities and parking providers around the world, has closed a $6.3 million financing. The round was led by its current investors BCD Holdings, Parkmobile Group, Fontinalis Partners and Bluefield Investments.

Santa Monica, Calif.-based Parking in Motion has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A financing from IDG Ventures and Fontinalis Partners. The company has developed a real-time parking database designed for automobile navigation systems, mobile phones, tablet devices and other data aggregators.
