FundersClub Raises Significant Seed Round

FundersClub, a marketplace for private investing, has closed a significant round of seed funding. Investors in the round included First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Draper Associates, Felicis Ventures, Spark Capital, Digital Garage, Intel Capital, Y Combinator-affiliated funds (Andreessen Horowitz, Start Fund, SV Angel, and General Catalyst Partners), Investmon Sarl, NetPrice, Global Venture Alliance and Plug and Play Tech Center.

Plug And Play’s Global Expansion Leads to a Moscow Accelerator

The facility, planned in collaboration with Global Venture Alliance, is the firm’s second and largest overseas. When it begins operating in a few months, it is expected to take in five startups this year and 10 to 20 annually in the years to follow.
