Goode Partners has made a growth investment in Sneaker Villa. Financial terms were not announced. Philadelphia-based Villa is a retailer of urban-inspired apparel and footwear products. Peter J. Solomon Co. advised Villa in the sale.

Goode Partners Recaps Chuy’s

Goode Partners has recapped Chuy’s Holdings, a restaurant chain focused on “home-cooked” Mexican cuisine. Golub Capital provided $67.5 million in debt financing to support the recap, according to a statement. Goode Partners is a New York PE firm.

Lion Capital, Goode Partners Agree To Buy AllSaints Spitalfields – Reuters

Reuters reported Lion Capital LLP of London and Goode Partners LLC of New York signed an agreement to acquire have reached an agreement to buy brand AllSaints Spitalfields. Financial terms were not disclosed. AllSaints is a British fashion brand.

Skullcandy CEO Resigns

Rick Alden, the founder and chief executive of Skullcandy Inc., is resigning his post, the company announced. Alden is a major shareholder in the company and will remain on the board. President and Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Andrus will step into the CEO role. Formed in 2003, SkullCandy is based in Park City, Utah, and has raised money from investors including Goode Partners. The company filed earlier this year for an initial public offering.

Goode Partners has acquired a minority equity stake in Skullcandy, a Park City, Utah-based maker of stereo headphones and earbuds targeting action sports and core audio consumers. No financial terms were disclosed.
