Quantance Inc. said it has raised $12 million in Series D funding from TD Fund, Granite Ventures, InterWest Partners and DoCoMo Capital. The company manufactures 4G/LTE power supplies.

Digital media and content platform Martini Media has appointed Gagan Saksena as chief technology officer. Additionally, the company has hired Scott Graham as VP of Eastern sales. Headquartered in San Francisco, Martini Media is backed by Venrock, Reed Elsevier Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank and Granite Ventures.

Rewarder Launches and Closes Series A

The business has also has closed a $7 million Series A funding round led by Granite Ventures and Radar Partners, which also includes leading angels such as Ron Conway, David Lee, and Kenny Lerer.

Anaplan Closes on $11.4M

Anaplan, a developer of planning and enterprise performance applications, has added $11.4 million in fresh capital. New investors Granite Ventures and Shasta Ventures contributed to the Series B round, as did existing backers. Standish O’Grady, a managing director of Granite Ventures, and Ravi Mohan, a managing director of Shasta Ventures, join the company’s board. San Francisco-based Anaplan was formed in 2008 and has raised a total of $17.5 million.

Symplified Seals $20M Series C

Ignition Partners led a $20 million Series C round for cloud identity technology company Symplified. As a result, Cameron Myhrvold of Ignition Partners has joined its board of directors. Existing investors Allegis Capital, Granite Ventures and Quest Software also participated in the financing, which brings the company’s total funding to $38.8 million.
