Brentwood Exits Pacific Island Restaurants

Brentwood Associates has sold Pacific Island Restaurants to Nimes Capital. Financial terms weren’t announced. Honolulu-based Pacific Island is the sole franchisee of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell throughout Hawaii, Guam and Saipan.  Harris Williams provided financial advice to PIR.

Omega Environmental Technologies Merges with Global Parts, Santech

Omega Environmental Technologies has merged with Global Parts Distributors and Santech Industries. Financial terms were not announced. The seller is Global Temperature Control, which is backed by Owner Resource Group. River Associates Investments is majority shareholder of Omega, and Owner Resource Group will be a minority investor in the company. Harris Williams advised Global Temperature Control. Irving, Texas-based Omega is a distributor of aftermarket automotive truck and off-road air conditioning products.

Is Wellspring Still Trying to Sell Checkers?

But a different person maintains that the process is alive and bidders are still conducting due diligence.
