Helpshift calls on $10 mln Series A led by Intel

Helpshift, which provides customer help services for Circa, Flipboard, TinyCo and other mobile apps, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. Intel Capital led the round, which also included Visionnaire Ventures and existing investors True Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners. The San Francisco-based company has now raised $13.2 million in total funding. As part of the funding, Susan Choe, managing partner at Visionnaire, has joined the board.

Helpshift Raises $3.2M From True, Nexus

Helpshift said it raised a $3.2 million round of seed funding led by True Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners. The company is developing a customer support service for mobile apps.
