Otter Tail Corporation has sold substantially all of the assets of ShoreMaster, its waterfront equipment manufacturing business, to High Street Capital, a private equity group based in Chicago, IL. ShoreMaster will continue to operate independently, with its headquarters remaining in Fergus Falls, MN.

High Street Capital has acquired Banner Service Corporation, a processor and distributor of metal bar products. The company is headquartered in Carol Stream, Illinois and has additional facilities in Charlotte, North Carolina and Strongsville, Ohio.
