Indochino Garners $13M Series B Financing

Vancouver-based Indochino Apparel Inc., an online menswear company, has raised a C$13 million Series B financing round. Highland Consumer Fund led the round, with participation from existing investors Madrona Venture Group, Acton Capital Partners and Jeff Mallett, Indochino’s chairman and the former president and COO of Yahoo. As part of the investment, Tom Stemberg of Highland will join the company’s board of directors.

Trupanion, a 12-year-old, Vancouver-based company that sells pet insurance, has raised $9 million, from the Highland Consumer Fund and Maveron, the Seattle-based venture capital firm.
