Previous investors from Aereo’s Series A funding round, including FirstMark Capital, First Round Capital, High Line Venture Partners, and select individuals, also participated.

Match.com, the online dating site owned by Barry Diller’s IAC, has acquired New York-based dating company OkCupid for $50 million in cash. The deal also includes potential future payments contingent upon performance. Sam Yagan, the co-founder and chief executive of OkCupid will continue to run the business. OkCupid previously raised at least $6 million from angel investors.
Wilbur Ross plans to take International Automotive Components Group public this year and hired Bank of America Corp. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. to run the process, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters on Wednesday. IAC is a global supplier of automotive components and systems.
