Kinderhook Industries‘ portfolio company E4 Health has acquired Corporate Family Network. The deal represents the 12th healthcare services transaction completed by Kinderhook. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Dallas, TX, E4 Health is a provider of employee assistance programs and behavioral health risk management programs.

Kinderhook Industries has acquired IDQ Acquisition Corp from Castle Harlan. Headquartered in Garland, TX, IDQ is Kinderhook’s sixth platform investment in the automotive aftermarket and seventeenth purchase in the space, including add-on acquisitions.

Kinderhook Industries has sold Home Health Care Holdings, parent company of Nurse on Call to Emeritus Corporation for $102.5 million. Emeritus is a provider of assisted living and memory care services. Nurse on Call has been a portfolio company of Kinderhook since 2005 and the realization represents a return on invested capital of over 5.0x, including prior distributions, for Kinderhook.

Based in Tempe, Arizona, CRA is a trial management organization that provides Phase II – IV clinical trials management services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
