Bloom Studio Adds Funding from O’Reilly, Launch Capital

San Francisco-based Bloom Studio Inc. has raised an undisclosed amount of see financing from O’Reilly Alpha Tech Ventures and Launch Capital. The money will help Bloom bolster its team of game graphics and mobile application specialists, and continue to build new apps for platforms like the iPad. The company is also backed by Betaworks, SV Angel and Stewart Butterfield.

DoubleDutch Gets $1.2M

Groupon co-founders Brad Keywell and Eric Lefkofsky joined VC Lightbank in committing $1.2 million to social business startup DoubleDutch, it was announced today. The company will boost its platform to allow enterprises to launch geosocial applications with the funding. Prior investors include Charles River Ventures, Launch Capital, Accelerator Ventures, Venture51 and Zig Capital.

Blumberg Capital Leads $1 Mln Funding Round for Mobile Spinach

Mobile Spinach said Monday that it has raised $1 million in VC funding led by Blumberg Capital. Quest Ventures and Launch Capital also participated. San Francisco-based Mobile Spinach is a web-based platform embedded in third-party mobile smartphone apps and websites.
