NXT Capital Backs Lineage Capital’s Halco Lighting Recap

NXT Capital has provided a $21.5 million senior secured credit facility to fund Lineage Capital’s recapitalization of Halco Lighting Technologies. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Atlanta, Halco Lighting Technologies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a full line of lamps and ballasts for the commercial, industrial, residential and specialty lighting markets.

Lineage Capital Backs LifeSafer Interlock Holdings

Boston-based Lineage Capital has invested an undisclosed amount in LifeSafer Interlock Holdings, a maker of ignition interlock devices used in the automobiles of convicted drunk driving offenders. Financial terms of the deal were not released. Northstar Capital provided debt financing and an undisclosed amount of equity in the round.

Lineage Capital Recaps Bioreclamation

Lineage Capital has sponsored a majoroity recapitalization of Bioreclamation Inc., a Westbury, N.Y.-based maker of control matrix material used by biotech and pharma companies in preclinical and clinical development. No financial terms were dislcosed. Mufson Howe Hunter & Co. advised Bioreclamation on the deal.
