OwnerIQ Inks $7M Expansion Round

OwnerIQ, the Boston-based developer of a real-time media buying platform, has closed on $7 million in fresh capital from its existing shareholders and from Longworth Venture Partners, the company announced Monday. The company has previously raised capital from investors including Atlas Venture, CommonAngels, Massachusetts Technology Development Corp., and Egan-Managed Capital.

Forerun Closes $2M Series C

Waltham, Mass.-based Forerun Inc., a developer of electronic charting technology for physicians, has raised $2 million in Series C financing. Massachusetts Technology Development Corp. led the round. Other investors’ names were not released. Forerun will use the new capital to bolster its technology development and to fund the commercial deployment of its FlexChart product.

Illume Software Gets $2.4 Million in New Funding

Illume Software, a Needham, Mass.-based mobile software startup, has raised $2.4 million, led by the Massachusetts Technology Development Corp., which was joined by a dozen previous investors, including Tower Capital Partners of Boston and Rudyard Partners, whose founder, Matthew Growney, was CEO of Illume until January of last year.
