Affle Seals $10M from D2 Communications

Asian mobile media company Affle has raised more than $10 million from D2 Communications Inc., a Japanese mobile advertising company. Affle has also raised Series A and B venture money from investors including Microsoft Corp., Itochu Corp., Bennett Coleman & Co. and Centurion Private Equity.

Adchemy Seals $61M for Advertising Tech

Microsoft Corp., August Capital and Mayfield Fund are pouring $61 million into advertising technology company Adchemy Inc. At the same time, Microsoft announced a renewed partnership to expand the availability of Adchemy’s technology for Microsoft adCenter customers. The Series E round brings Adchemy’s funding to roughly $120 million.
