Truveris Inc. has raised $10 million in Series B financing, the company announced Thursday. Boston-based Ember, a provider of low-power wireless mesh networking technology has renewed its 2009 US$5 million venture debt financing. Wellington Financial arranged the financing for the original transaction which provided the company with additional working capital to accommodate its growth strategy. Vibrant Media, the online advertising service, will buy Image Space Media. The deal was described as part of the company’s “mission” under CEO Cella Irvine to expand contextual solutions. Vibrant Media has raised more than $20 million from investors including Fortis and ABS Ventures, Image Space has raised less than $5 million and is backed by New Atlantic Ventures, among others.

Reston, Va.-based AppTap, developer of an app recommendations service, has raised $4 million in a round led by Syncom Venture Partners. Return backer New Atlantic Ventures also participated in the round. The money will go toward development and toward expanding its partnerships and its app advertising capabilities for developers.

Invincea, a provider of malware threat protection via virtualization, has secured $5.1 million in new funding. San Francisco-based Stitcher has raised $10 million for its personalized Internet talk radio service. The company is similar to Pandora in that its users can personalize radio station based on their favorite shows, spanning across news, entertainment, sports and comedy. New Enterprise Associates led the Series C round, which included backing from return investors Benchmark Capital, New Atlantic Ventures, and individuals including Ron Conway.
