North Bridge Growth Equity has put an undisclosed amount into online gaming company Spil Games. Terms of the deal were not released, though North Bridge said it will take a minority stake in the company. Spil Games will use the financing to support development and growth efforts.

North Bridge Growth Equity has poured $20.5 million into BrightTALK, a provider of webinar and video technologies for business professionals. The money will help BrightTALK with technology development and growth efforts. BrightTALK has offices in San Francisco, New York and London.
